Sonata Software will be acquiring 100% of Quant Systems which is believed to be a leading IT solution based in Texas. The CEO of Quant Systems, Srini Veeravelli established the company in 2008 and now has a major onshore and offshore presence in many leading industrial areas in India like Hyderabad and Costa Rica, and also in Northern America.
